Ingredients
  1. 2 Tablespoons canola or other light oil
  2. 1 Cup chopped green bell pepper
  3. 1 Cup chopped celery
  4. 1 Small onion diced
  5. 1 Can tomatoes including juice
  6. 4 Cloves of garlic chopped
  7. 1 Pound peeled and deveined shrimp
  8. 3 Tablespoons Butter Blast seasoning
  9. 1/4 Cup tomato paste
  10. 1 Cup low sodium chicken stock
  11. 1/4 Cup packed brown sugar
  12. 2 Tablespoons paprika
  13. 1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
  14. 2 Teaspoons oregano
  15. 1 Teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a small sauce pan, combine the Butter Blast, tomato paste, chicken stock, brown sugar, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano and black pepper. On a medium high heat, using a whisk, combine all ingredients until all is well dissolved and mixture comes to a rapid boil. Turn off and allow to thicken. This will only take a few minutes. (This step can be made days in advance; the flavors will only improve upon standing).
  2. In a skillet over medium high heat, heat the oil and add the chopped garlic, allowing the garlic to brown but not burn. Add the celery, bell peppers and onion, and stir till the veggies are translucent, but not cooked through. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp and toss until shrimp are just pink. Add the canned tomatoes and the Creole sauce to the pan and stir to combine. Serve over fluffy white rice!

Ingredients
  1. 4 Salmon filets
  2. 2 Teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  3. 1 Teaspoon (or to taste) Butter Blast seasoning
  4. 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. Drizzle lemon juice evenly over the filets. Sprinkle with Butter Blast. Broil or pan saute until done to your liking. Serve immediately.

Ingredients
  1. 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  2. 3 Tablespoons finely chopped shallots
  3. 2 Teaspoons Butter Blast seasoning
  4. 1/2 Cup dry sherry
  5. 1? Cup heavy cream
  6. ? Teaspoon dried tarragon
  7. 4 Teaspoons Dijon mustard
  8. 1 Pounds chicken tenders
  9. 1 Teaspoon Butter Blast seasoning
  10. 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Saute the shallots until golden, about 3 minutes. Add sherry and reduce by half. Add cream, 1 teaspoon Butter Blast seasoning, and tarragon. Reduce until thick, about 25 minutes. Add mustard and stir to blend. Keep warm or cool and then reheat in double boiler over simmering water. Note: Do not let get really hot or sauce can curdle. Season the chicken with ? teaspoon Butter Blast seasoning and saute in olive oil over medium heat until just done, about 18 minutes. Serve chicken over hot rice and spoon sauce over all.
