Q: Who is Kitchen Fusions

A:  We are a family owned and operated seasoning/rub manufacturer. We have a grand total of 3 employees; my mom, my dad, and myself (Marshal). We have collected and created a variety of blends that make cooking incredibly easy and delicious, and produce them ourselves at our solar-powered facility in Sunny Tampa Bay, Florida (technically a 30 minute drive west of the city proper.) From the ingredient sourcing to the units being shipped out the door, we handle it all with careful scrutiny to make sure our seasonings will exceed your expectations again and again.

Q: What makes your blends so great?

A: Our family follows lean manufacturing principles. What this means is we only order enough ingredients to make the products we will be producing in the near future, so the product is as fresh as possible. Beyond this, we store all of our herbs & spices in a climate controlled walk-in cooler, maintaining 60 degrees fahrenheit and less than 40% humidity, for optimal preservation. All of our manufacturing is done by our family, so we can keep a close eye on quality and ensure the our seasoning blends going out the door is as excellent as we intend. 

Q: What types of seasonings and dip mixes do you offer?

A: We offer a wide variety of seasonings and dip mixes, including blends that are perfect for beef, chicken, fish, vegetables, and more. We have two types of dip mixes; Creamy vegetable or chip dips, and olive oil based bread dips.

Q: Are your products gluten-free?

A: Yes, all of our seasonings and dip mixes are gluten-free.

Q: Are your products all natural?

A: Yes, all of our seasonings and dip mixes are made with all-natural ingredients and are free of artificial preservatives (with the exception of Butter Blast). 

  • Q: Why is Butter Blast the exception?
  • A: Butter Blast contains Malto Dextrin to help provide that buttery texture when you season meats and vegetables with it. While it is a small amount (less than 1.3% by weight), we want to be transparent about our ingredients.

Q: Are your products vegan?

A: For the most part, almost all of our blends are vegan, with obvious exceptions. Butter Blast has butter in it, Sun-dried Tomato Asiago has asiago cheese, etc. If you have questions about a specific blend, I'll be happy to help.

Q: How long do your products last?

A: We print best by dates on the product two years from when we produce & package it. This is when herbs and spices contain most of their flavor. However, if you use a product past its expiration date, as long as there is no visible contamination (mold) or off smell, it's most likely fine. It just may not taste as great as we intend it.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

A: You can leave us a review here! Direct feedback from you is incredibly important, and helps your fellow shoppers know what they can expect when ordering from us. (It's honestly the second most important thing you can do to help small businesses, besides buying the product yourself 😊).
