A delicious mix of potato and a saucey cheddar cheese that melts in your mouth. Makes a minimum of 6 cups. Just add water to the White Cheddar Potato soup mix and watch as they rave about how tasty your soup is.
Directions
Stovetop: Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. With a wire whisk, whisk in soup mix. Cook on medium heat uncovered for at least 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.
Crockpot: Start with 6 cups of hot water whisk in the soup mix and if you are going to add a meat now would be the time to do it and set the crockpot on high. Let it cook for at least 2 hours. The longer it cooks the thicker it will get.
