Cheddar Jalapeno Soup Mix

Cooking is a breeze! Simply prep it on the stovetop, or toss it in the crockpot, following the directions below. But whether you're stirring the pot on the stove or letting the crockpot do the work, you'll end up with this bowl of gourmet goodness that'll have you feeling at home.

Stovetop: Mix 2.5 cups of water and 2.5 cups of milk and with a wire whisk, whisk in soup mix. Brink to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally. The longer it simmers, the thicker it gets.

Crockpot: Pour 2.5 cups of hot water and 2.5 cups of milk pot and whisk in soup. Let simmer on low for at least 1.5 hours. If it thickens too much just add a little water too thin out.

Need some variety? Add 3/4 cup corn and 3/4 cup of diced chicken for a great corn chowder.

 Use 1.5 cups of hot water and 1.5 cups of milk in a crock pot for minimum of 2 hours and use as a dip or over a baked Potato.
