Garlic Butter Oil Dip has been a best seller from day one. It’s great for bread dipping or cooking. Use to make garlic bread, shrimp scampi, or as a rub on chicken or steaks, Use as a sauce to cook scallops, white fish etc. Garlic Butter Oil Dip is a great sauce to add to mashed potatoes to make garlic mashed potatoes.
EMPTY CONTENTS IN TO A CUP OR BOWL. ADD 1 TO 2 TABLESPOONS OF WATER AND MIX. LET STAND FOR FOR 2 MINUTES OR UNTIL WATER IS ABSORBED. THEN ADD 3/4 TO 1 CUP OF OLIVE OIL AND MIX ONCE MIXED WITH OLIVE OIL. IT CAN BE USED FOR BREAD DIPPING, COOKING OR MARINATING STEAK TIPS, CHICKEN OR FISH.
SUBSTITUTIONS: TO MAKE A CLAM SAUCE ADD 2 EIGHT OUNCE CANS OF CHOPPED CLAMS (DRAINED) TO THE OLIVE OIL MIX AND COOK ON LOW HEAT IN A FRYING PAN.
SHRIMP SCAMPI (2 TO 3 SERVINGS): COOK PASTA FIRST, MIX PACKAGE AS EXPLAINED WITH OLIVE OIL, COAT A FRYING PAN WITH SOME MIX TO SAUTE SHRIMP, SCALLOPS, OR CHICKEN. MIX COOKED PASTA AND REMAINING GARLIC BUTTER MIX IN A PAN. ADD GRATED CHEESE
