Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. The Original Seasoning Instant Gourmet
½ cup flour
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 cups mushrooms
¼ cup dry white wine
1.5 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Garnish - lemon slices, parsley

Directions

Slice chicken in half lengthwise and pound thin. Combine The Original and flour in a plastic bag and gently coat the chicken. Add the oil to the skillet. Saute garlic for 30 seconds. Add chicken to the skillet and brown each side for 4 minutes or until cooked. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm. Saute mushrooms. Add wine and cook for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and pour over chicken. Garnish with lemon and parsley.
