Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts quartered
4 Tbsp canola or olive oil
1 package Curry Masala FusionFlavors
1 red bell pepper cut into 2" cubes
1 small red onion quartered
4 presoaked bamboo skewers

Directions

Combine chicken, oil and Curry Masala seasoning package contents in a container. Let marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator. Remove and skewer chicken and vegetables. Cook on preheated grill or bake in preheated oven to desired doneness.
