Chunky Italian Bruschetta

Chunky Italian Brushetta
1 Loaf Italian bread, sliced
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup Rustic Italiano
Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 red onion, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
Cut 4-6 slices of Italian bread at least 1 inch thick and brush on extra virgin olive oil.
Soak ¼ cup of Rustic Italiano in warm water until spice rehydrates and is soft.
Drain excess water.
Add olive oil and grated parmesan cheese to Rustic Italiano to desired consistency
Spread this over the sliced bread and sprinkle with more cheese.
Top generously with chopped onions and tomatoes. Cook on grill or in oven at 350° until toasted. WOW that’s good!
