Meatballs are very versatile. They can be made with different types of ground meat and seasoned with different seasonings to create many different types of meatballs. Also they can be frozen for future meals or be used as a meal or a salad. We use this recipe weekly when we make samples for the farmers market. It is not possible to grill at the market so we make a chicken meatball to allow people to sample a featured seasoning. Some favorites have been Bourbon Molasses, Sweet Orange Habanero, Mediterranean and Grande Southwest.
