Directions

Blend ingredients. Cut beef into thin strips, Place marinade and beef into ziploc and other leakproof container, coating evenly. Marinade 8-24 hrs turning 2-3 times. Place beef strips in dehydrator (175 degrees) for 4 hrs or until dry. Enjoy. Refrigerate to store in airtight container up to a week.
