Name: Grilled Oysters
Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Simply Spinach seasoning blend by Jodie; 2 Tbsp. butter, soft; 2Tbsp. parmesan cheese; 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs

The stuffing used for these oysters could be used in many ways but there is just something about oysters on the grill that is so yummy! Worth the time to shuck the oysters as this is a special treat when we make it! the stuffing can be used in chicken breasts, fish, mushrooms, so many possibilities.

Quick stuffing to add to grilled oysters for a delicious appetizer! This recipe is for 6 oysters but can be easily scaled depending on the quantity that you want to make.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Simply Spinach seasoning blend by Jodie
2 Tbsp. butter, soft
2Tbsp. parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients into the butter to make a paste. Place shucked oysters with their juices on a hot grill, ensure they are level so juice doesn’t flow out, cover, check every minute. After 1-2 minutes juices at edge of shucked oyster will bubble. Add topping and grill 2-3 mintes more until topping is browned and oyster is cooked. Enjoy!
